The Press Coordinator will be responsible for the press and media team enquiries and coordination during the Fringe planning and delivery periods. The Press Coordinator will also support the PR Manager to lead a successful PR campaign gaining publicity and coverage for Gilded Balloon productions and co-productions, assisting with media opportunities and at events. This role will work with guidance and support from the PR Manager, and closely alongside the Marketing Manager, Press Officer and assistant, to provide advice and assistance to all Gilded Balloon artists.

The Press & Marketing Assistant will assist in the delivery of Gilded Balloon’s Fringe marketing and press campaigns in the lead up to and during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2026.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in delivering Gilded Balloon’s marketing campaign in the lead up to and during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2026 and other year-round projects. This role will focus on coordinating on-site materials and print, and overseeing our street team during the festival as well as coordinating marketing for our year-round venue The Gilded Saloon, while also assisting with the wider festival marketing campaign from planning to execution.

The Artist Services coordinator will play a crucial role in providing support to all visiting artists, both in the festival planning stages and on-site at our venues during the festival period. They will be responsible for providing clear and helpful information to performers in the festival lead up and providing general administrative support to the Artistic Directors as required. During the festival they oversee the Artist Services team and act as a first point of contact for performers, providing a warm welcome to all visitors and ensuring issues and queries are handled in a time sensitive and efficient manner. This is a key role in the Gilded Balloon team and the successful candidate will be instrumental in making the 2026 festival happen!

This is a crucial role, responsible for directly engaging with the public to promote our exciting programme and encourage audiences to visit our venues and see our shows. If you’re a whizz behind the bar and love the arts and comedy then this is the job for you! Ideally you’ll have experience working in a busy bar environment with a flair for customer service. You must be an active and enthusiastic communicator as you’ll be expected to promote shows as well as offer advice and guidance on the bar menus. A big plus if you’ve also got your personal licence, cocktail making or barista experience! This fast-paced, public-facing position requires stamina, multitasking skills, and the ability to retain large amounts of information. As the face of the venue, excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for interacting with the thousands of people you'll encounter daily. While capable of working independently, being a team player is a top priority.

Ideally you will have worked in a box office before, but this is not a must! You’ll be working across some or all of our venues. The Box Office team is instrumental in sharing our incredible shows with our audiences, selling tickets and giving recommendations based on audience interests. This fast-paced, public-facing position requires stamina, multitasking skills, and the ability to retain large amounts of information. As the face of the venue, excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for interacting with the thousands of people you'll encounter daily. While capable of working independently, being a team player is a top priority.

As the face of the venue, excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for interacting with the thousands of people you'll encounter daily. In the Front of House Supervisor role you will be leading the team with the other Supervisors and directing the Assistants to make sure the shows run on time and audiences are safe.
