My booking confirmation/e-ticket hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Please make sure you double-check your spam and junk folders. If you still haven’t received it, please get in touch with us by emailing boxoffice@gildedballoon.co.uk
Do I need to collect/print my tickets?
No! All of our events are e-ticketed, you do not need to collect printed tickets. Your booking confirmation email will include a QR code, which will be scanned by our front of house team when you arrive at the venue. You can show this on your phone or tablet (or print it at home if you would prefer). We recommend you avoid printing as much as possible, this helps to make the festival more sustainable and saves you time!
Can I buy tickets when I arrive at the venue?
You can buy tickets at all of our venues however, we recommend that you buy tickets online in advance. You’ll be emailed an e-ticket to use when you arrive and you’ll avoid the risk of shows selling out.

Queues generally start between 30 mins and 15 mins before show start times. If you arrive before this, please speak to a member of staff (and why not grab a drink before the show!)
If you have specific seating requirements you can let us know in advance by emailing admin@gildedballoon.co.uk or speaking to a member of staff on arrival at the venue.
