Statement on the Coronavirus outbreak:
Gilded Balloon recognise and fully understand the concerns that our audiences have relating to the global coronavirus outbreak.
The safety of our staff, performers and audience members is our number 1 priority, therefore we have made the difficult decision to close the Gilded Balloon Basement until further notice.
All ticket holders will be contacted by our team in the coming days. The following options are available to ticket holders:
- You can request an exchange by emailing email@example.com. We can add a credit note to your account, so that you can easily re-book for a future Gilded Balloon event
- You can choose to donate the ticket rather than requesting a refund: by doing this, you are actively choosing to support a local, Edinburgh-based business as well as help us cover staff and operating costs during a period of increased uncertainty
- You can choose to request a refund, by contacting the email address stated above
In these times we ask you to please shop locally where you can and support the small businesses in your area.
